Impact
How I impacted the game
For Lil' Quests, I am the team lead, managing the overall development process and ensuring the team stays focused, motivated, and aligned on project goals. I help coordinate tasks and maintain clear communication so everyone had a strong understanding of what needs to be complete. In addition to leadership, I contribute directly to development as both a systems designer and gameplay programmer. I play a key role in designing and implementing the quest and dialogue systems, helping bring core gameplay interactions to life while supporting the overall player experience.

How the game was made
Lil’ Quests began as a cooperative game concept where you would go on side quests with your friends. I pitched this game idea to classmates and expanded into an active development project. The game is currently in production, with a playable demo showcasing core mechanics.

As Team Lead, I manage a team of 7 programmers and 7 artists, coordinating development workflows while contributing hands-on as a Gameplay and Character Programmer.
